CHICAGO STATE UNIVERSITY

The mission of Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP) is the development of student and faculty scholars who will impact the health care needs of people in the region, state and the nation. The College will provide a strong foundation in the knowledge, integration and application of the biomedical, pharmaceutical, social/behavioral/administrative, and clinical sciences to transform students into practitioners who are committed to humanistic service, capable of providing patient-centered care, and innovative leaders in advancing the pharmacy profession.

MIDWESTERN UNIVERSITY

Midwestern University is a graduate-level health-profession institution located in Downers Grove (25 miles west of Chicago) and home to 3,000 diverse students. For more than 25 years, its Chicago College of Pharmacy (CCP) has been providing an outstanding pharmacy education to students from all over the country.

 

Students benefit from experiential learning at diverse clinical rotation sites, collaboration with faculty mentors who are leaders in their fields, research opportunities, professional development, and interaction with some of our 4,000 alumni who practice in all areas of pharmacy throughout the U.S.

Roosevelt University pharmacists will be prepared to meet the universal vision of pharmacy practice, whereby pharmacists will be the health care professionals responsible for providing patient care that ensures optimal medication therapy outcomes.

ROSALIND FRANKLIN UNIVERSITY

 

The mission of Rosalind Franklin University is to serve the nation through the education of health professionals and the discovery of knowledge dedicated to improving the health of its people. Life in Discovery. 

 

The College of Pharmacy seated its first class in 2011, and is the newest college within RFUMS. The college shares the university’s commitment to interprofessional education, with students learning from, with and about one another in a team-based approach to education. In 2015, the college graduated its first class and was granted full accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.

 

SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY - EDWARDSVILLE

The SIUE School of Pharmacy offers students an interprofessional, integrated and team-based learning approach to pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical science education.

 

Students gain invaluable experience in real-world settings through the School’s experiential approach to education – working side-by-side with faculty members and preceptors who have gained national recognition for industry experience, research innovations and educational leadership.
